Natural Process Coffee

Our first (and only) Ugandan purchase of this year. A natural SL14 + SL28 that has the perfect texture and sweetness produced by Bulambuli Washing Station. We taste dark plum, purple grapes & cacao.

This year's anaerobic natural from Esayas Beriso is a shade-dried heirloom from Oromia, Ethiopia and it's very silky & buttery. We taste grape soda, myrtle liquor and cashew nut from its texture. An amazing filter & espresso.

Another beautiful natural typica from our direct partner Hacienda Pillcocaja! Tasting notes of honeydew and dark berries with a creamy mouthfeel and lots of sweetness.

The next release of a Natural Ethiopian for this year is Mango Tango. Produced by Danche Washing Station (one of our favourite washing station this year) for producing expressive, fruity and clean coffees. Tasting notes of mango, strawberry candy and mandarine.

Hazel Nuts is the perfect coffee for milk-based drinks and from longtime partners, Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera. This natural Catuaí grown in Honduras is round, silky with tasting notes of hazelnut, cacao nibs and blackberry.

A delicious anaerobic natural Ethiopian from the Bura Baturo Washing Station that is rich and very fruity with tasting notes of blueberries, strawberry, vanilla and stewed fruits. A very fun coffee!

Pretty Nuts, Summer 2026 version. Natalia and Augusto brought us this lot from Sítio Beija Flor, a farm in Campanha, Mantiqueira de Minas. It's boozy and creamy, with peanut butter up front, Grand Marnier behind it, and forest fruits underneath. This version runs more intense than the last one.

A juicy and fruity coffee from community lot in collaboration with Daye Bensa. One of the best pick we've made in terms of price / quality in the cup. Expect a creamy and fruity espresso.

An Experimental Natural Rwandan coffee from Gasharu farms. This new harvest is cleaner than last year with notes of ripe and tropical fruits and cocoa nibs.
