The short version
If you never subscribe to the email digest, Still Warm stores nothing about you. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no analytics cookies.
What we collect
One thing: your email address, and only if you type it into the subscribe form. Alongside it we store the date you subscribed, whether you confirmed, and two random tokens — one that confirms the address is yours, one that powers your unsubscribe link.
We do not collect your name, location, payment details, or browsing history, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
Solely to send you the product digest you asked for. The lawful basis under the GDPR is your consent, given by confirming the address — we send nothing until you click the link in the confirmation email.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade subscriber addresses. The list lives in Amazon DynamoDB and the mail goes out through Amazon SES, both in the US; AWS processes it on our behalf and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. The unsubscribe link deletes your record outright rather than flagging it — there is no suppression list, and nothing of yours is retained afterwards. Addresses that are never confirmed are removed as well.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, which is also the fastest way to exercise your right to erasure. For access, correction, portability, or any other request under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA, email us and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of under the CCPA's sale provisions.
Product listings
Listings are compiled once a day from the public product feeds that roasters publish on their own storefronts. Product names, descriptions, and images belong to the respective roasters; Still Warm is an independent listing site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any roaster it lists. If you are a roaster and would like your store removed, or a particular image taken down, email us and we will do it.
