The short version
Still Warm stores nothing about you. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no mailing list, no advertising trackers, and no analytics cookies. You can read every page here without handing over anything at all.
What we collect
Nothing. The site has no form to fill in and no account to create, so there is no personal data for us to hold — no email address, no name, no location, no payment details, no browsing history, and no profile of you.
Our host keeps short-lived server logs, as every web host does, to serve the pages and absorb abuse. We do not read them to identify visitors, and nothing in them is combined with anything else or passed on.
Who we share it with
Nobody, because there is nothing to share. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we run no advertising or analytics that would send your visit to a third party.
Your rights
Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or erase. If you believe otherwise, or want to make a request under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA anyway, email stillwarm.staycool@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of under the CCPA's sale provisions.
If that changes
We may add an email digest later. If we do, nothing starts collecting quietly: you would have to type your address into a form and confirm it, and this page will say what is stored, and for how long, before that form ever appears.
Product listings
Listings are compiled once a day from the public product feeds that roasters publish on their own storefronts. Product names, descriptions, and images belong to the respective roasters; Still Warm is an independent listing site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any roaster it lists. If you are a roaster and would like your store removed, or a particular image taken down, email stillwarm.staycool@gmail.com and we will do it.
